1. 账户与使用 / Accounts and use

请提供准确的账户资料，仅访问获授权的项目，不冒用他人身份、不绕过权限、不传播恶意文件、不滥用 API 或干扰服务。请保护密码、登录设备、分享链接和 API Key；发现泄露时及时撤销相关凭据并联系管理员。

Provide accurate account information, access only authorized projects, and do not impersonate others, bypass permissions, distribute malicious files, abuse APIs or disrupt the service. Protect credentials, devices and sharing links; revoke exposed credentials and contact the administrator.

2. 素材与审阅 / Content and review

您或相应权利人保留上传素材的权利。请确保有权上传、处理和分享内容，并取得涉及第三方个人信息所需的授权。服务仅为您执行存储、转码、播放、协作与所请求的导出等操作。评论、状态标记及导出记录是协作信息，不代替双方另行约定的合同确认。

You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of uploaded content. Ensure you have rights to upload, process and share it, including required authorizations for third-party personal information. The service performs storage, processing, playback, collaboration and requested exports on your behalf. Review comments, status labels and exports are collaboration records, not a substitute for separately agreed contractual acceptance.

3. 分享与第三方服务 / Sharing and third parties

您决定分享给谁，并应检查分享设置。接收者可能下载、复制或转发有权查看的内容。飞书文档导出、Google/飞书登录和邮件等服务也受对应服务商条款约束；删除探帧内容不保证同时删除接收者副本或第三方导出文档。个人信息处理见隐私政策。

You choose recipients and should review sharing settings. Recipients may copy, download or forward accessible content. Feishu exports, identity providers and email services are also governed by their providers’ terms. Deleting content in TanFrame does not necessarily remove recipient copies or third-party exports. See our Privacy Policy for personal-data handling.

4. 空间方案 / Storage plans

当前订阅页为人工开通模式，空间额度由当前站点团队共享，不是个人独立存储空间。提交申请不等于购买成功；管理员批准后才调整容量。当前未提供在线支付、自动扣款或自动续费。价格及未来付费规则如有变化，应在购买前另行明确告知，不以本页授权未来收费。

Plans currently use manual activation and shared site-wide team capacity, not independent personal storage. A request is not a completed purchase; an administrator must approve capacity changes. There are no online payments, automatic charges or renewals. Any future prices and billing terms must be disclosed before purchase; this page does not authorize future charges.

5. 可用性、停用与联系 / Availability and support

服务可能因维护、网络或第三方故障中断，现阶段不承诺付费 SLA。请为重要原始素材保留独立备份。发生滥用、安全风险或权限争议时，管理员可采取与问题相适应的限制或停用措施。您可联系申请关闭账户及处理相关数据；共同项目内容需协调其他权利人。本说明不排除适用法律赋予用户的权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。

Maintenance, network or third-party issues may interrupt service; no paid SLA is currently promised. Keep independent backups of important originals. Administrators may apply proportionate restrictions or suspension for abuse, security risks or access disputes. Contact us for account closure and data requests; shared projects require coordination with other rights holders. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
